Manager – Internal Audit (Warsaw, Indiana)
I’m recruiting for a global leader in medical device industry known for their orthopaedic implants and spine surgery innovation. We are seeking a Manager of Internal Audit who will be responsible managing and conducting audits while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operations, safeguard company assets, enhance revenues, reduce costs, and promote best practices. This person will also work with audit personnel to plan and execute financial, operational, compliance and internal control audits for all Americas locations. I am seeking a CPA who has at least 8 years’ experience in Financial Audit or Accounting with 4 years in public accounting. MBA, MS, CIA, CISA, and CFE designations are preferred. This person will work with other members of the Internal Audit management team as the lead for SOX global processes, with no direct reports.
